These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of Seán & Fiona, registered at 14 Merrion Square, Dublin 2, D02 XY45, Ireland, and reachable at info@seanfiona.com.
1. Applicability
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
2. Product Information
We do our utmost to describe products accurately and provide up-to-date information. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. Typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccuracies may occasionally occur; no rights can be derived from such errors.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are only processed once full payment has been received. Available payment methods — including American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, and Shopify Payments — may vary by country. Customers are responsible for checking which payment methods are available for their location.
4. Processing and Delivery
- Processing (dispatch) time: 1 to 3 business days.
- Shipping time after processing: 1 to 7 business days, depending on destination.
- Shipments are sent directly from our supplier located in China; customs fees may apply, depending on your country's import regulations.
- The timeframes stated above are indicative. Delays caused by high order volumes, holidays, or customs procedures do not entitle the customer to cancellation or a refund.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Please see our separate Return Policy for full terms and conditions. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. A refund or chargeback request cannot be opened before the item has been received by the customer.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring during shipping if tracking confirms the package was delivered to the address provided. Our liability is, in all cases, limited to a maximum of the purchase amount of the relevant item. Please always check your address details carefully before completing your order.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the website — including text, photos, logos, and design — is the property of Seán & Fiona and may not be used without prior written consent.
8. Complaints Procedure
Complaints can be submitted in writing to info@seanfiona.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. For complaints regarding size or quality, please always include clear photos and a description of the issue.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Ireland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise (for example, consumer protection rules in your own country of residence, where applicable under EU law).
