Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email.
2. Delivery Time
After processing, the average shipping time is 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may take longer during busy periods, holidays, or due to customs procedures.
3. Shipping Method and Origin
To reduce waste and minimize our carbon footprint, we ship directly from our supplier located in China. As a result, customs fees may apply, depending on your country of delivery. Our shipping partners include An Post, and, where applicable, additional local courier services.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the weight, destination, and selected shipping method of your order.
5. Tracking Your Order — Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking code via our website and the link provided by email.
- Customers are responsible for checking whether the package will be delivered to their home or to a pickup point, and for collecting it there if needed.
- If delivery is taking longer than expected, or if there is an issue with your order, please always email us first at info@seanfiona.com rather than opening a chargeback or refund request directly.
6. Responsibility Upon Delivery
- If tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered, responsibility lies with the customer.
